Accounts
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe at $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the generator to create unlawful content, to impersonate real people without consent, or to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the videos you export.
Automated abuse, resale of the service without permission or attempts to bypass the queue and plan limits may result in suspension.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. Rendering capacity, third-party models and the queue are best-effort and may be unavailable during maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
