Refund Policy
Paid plans are delivered instantly as generator access, so refunds are handled case by case within the rules below.
Monthly subscriptions
If the generator did not work for you, email support@capcutaivideogenerator.lol within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the most recent monthly payment.
Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and usually settle within 5–10 business days.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans can be refunded pro rata within 14 days of purchase when no more than a quarter of the included render volume has been used.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback: most billing problems are resolved the same day and a chargeback suspends the account while the bank investigates.
